Ben Tiede is the Executive Director of the Global CEO Initiative on Alzheimer’s Disease where he works with partner companies and organizations to address barriers to patient care and treatment. He is also a Managing Director at the High Lantern Group. Previously, Ben spent a decade at Johnson & Johnson and its Janssen Pharmaceutical organization. While at Johnson & Johnson, Ben worked in a variety of roles and organizations to advance efforts promoting access, affordability and innovation. Ben was the strategy lead and Chief of Staff for Johnson & Johnson’s newly formed Global Public Health organization, and also was the Chief of Staff to the Vice Chairman of the company during the early days of the COVID pandemic. Before joining Johnson & Johnson, Ben was a Director at Global Health Strategies, an international consulting company focused on health in developing countries. He holds a Ph.D. in Molecular Biology and a Master in Public Policy from Princeton University.
